Canthan New Year

Made preparations for the Canthan New Year's Festival, which begins at Noon Pacific (-8 GMT), January 30th, 2009, and runs until Noon Pacific, February 2nd, 2009.

Rollerbeetle Racing

Tolkano [Tournament Rewards] has been added to the Rollerbeetle Racing outpost.
Players are now required to register with Tolkano before they can participate in Rollerbeetle Racing.
Eldrid
the Ancient [Records] and Little Jack [Rewards] now base their list of
the top racers on registered account names. An account name can only be
listed once on the top racers list.

Miscellaneous

Removed leftover collision from where the Wintersday tree was located in the Eye of the North.
